For whom are lash lifts suitable?


We recommend lash lifts if you want a much more impressive end result than just lash colouring. Lash lifts are perfect when you want the most amazing look for your eyelashes, but still with a natural end result.

Lash lifts are also suitable if you can't or don't want to use eyelash extensions. Lash lifts are a popular service all year round and it makes a makeup-free look effortlessly beautiful and well-groomed.

The lash colouring is done within the lash lift procedure so you don’t need to book it separately. Your eyelashes are coloured black or dark brown depending on your wish. If you wish not to color your lashes that is of course possible too.

We do not color the lower lashes the lash lift because it might weaken the final result of lift effect. You can however book an appointment for coloring your lashes during the interval of your appointments as it doesn’t weaken the lifting effect.

*When pregnant the effect of the lash lift might not be as strong and can wear off quicker than normal due to increased hormone levels in the body.

How often can I renew my lash lifts?

Lash lift treatments can be done every eight weeks at most. Eyelashes can be colored between sessions, as the color often wears off faster than lifted effect. You can also use mascara normally with lash lifts, just wait 24 hours after your treatment, the same also concerns washing your lashes after the treatment.

Blonde lashes

With the help of lash lifts, wonderful changes can be made to even the blondest eyelashes. In many cases, light eyelashes absorb the color well, so with the help the coloring alone, a beautifully intense and dark lash line can be created. When the eyelashes are also lifted up, their full potential and length can be brought out wonderfully. The coloring fades from the eyelashes within a few weeks, while the lash lift slowly grows out of the eyelashes as the eyelashes renew themselves naturally. Especially for light/blonde eyelashes, we recommend permanent eyelash coloring between lash lifts, about once every month.

Straight and downward facing eyelashes

Lashes are often quite straight by nature, which is why the length of the eyelashes does not stand out, especially when viewed from the front. Asian eyelashes in particular can be very straight, slippery and even slightly downward facing. When the eyelashes can be lifted upwards with the help of lash lift, their length can be brought out beautifully to their full potential. When straight eyelashes are curled with the help of a lash lift, they stay beautifully curled up for weeks even without mascara.

Long and dense lashes

For long and thick eyelashes, lash lifts really give wonderful results and after the treatment, the lashes may even resemble natural classic eyelash extensions! If the eyelashes are long at the back, slightly larger molds or rollers are typically used for bending, so that the eyelashes do not bend in too steep of an angle. If there are a lot of eyelashes, the separation done during the lifting procedure requires extra care and time.

Short, sparse and thin lashes

If you have very short lashes, for example damaged and still healing from lash extensions we recommend that you wait until the lashes have reached their natural length. If the lashes are short a lift may not be possible to do. If you naturally have sparse and/or shorter lashes a lift might be possible but it will not likely change your overall look drastically. However the combination of coloring and lifting will likely give you a more ‘open eye’ look complementing your eyes.
